My mission is to help support people in reclaiming their power and their lives.
I am a personal trainer and wellness coach who helps people dealing with chronic pain and injury. I also work with people who are new to fitness or
wanting to enhance their current level of health and overall wellbeing.
I offer a holistic approach to health and wellness.
I help and support people who are having problems with the basic movements
of everyday life. The pain is so bad that they feel like it’s never going to end.
These people might be feeling secluded and lonely because they can’t do the things they used to do.
People dealing with chronic pain and illness want life to be “normal” again.
Even to move a little bit is a success. I have been in their shoes and I want them to know they are not alone. There is always hope!

I have always been an active person. I love kayaking, hiking, dancing, working out and spending as much time outside as possible. When I was diagnosed in 1993 with Lupus at 23 years of age, I thought my ability to do the things I love was over.
Lupus is an autoimmune disease that causes your body’s immune system
to attack healthy tissues and organs instead of only attacking foreign substances that could harm your body. The disease can cause widespread damage
to areas of the body, including the joints, skin, heart, blood vessels,
brain, kidneys, bones, and lungs.
In 2014, I was injured in a car accident. There were days the pain was so bad all I could do was cry. Just "being" hurt. I thought my life as I knew it was over. I didn't even know if I would ever be able to sit for more than 10 minutes, dance, hike or work again.
In 2016, I was finally ready to go back to work on a modified schedule. That was until I was hit with Collagenous Colitis. I ended up being housebound and I even got to the point I considered purchasing adult diapers.
Through my journey over the years, I have sought out and tried many different modalities and supports. I have worked to learn as much as I can about how to maintain and improve physical and mental health when dealing with chronic pain and chronic illness.
I use my personal experience, training, and knowledge to help others.
Working together, we build and design a program specific to your needs.
TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS
I have over 12 years experience as a fitness instructor. I am a certified personal trainer and Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach. I also hold multiple certifications in Zumba (sentao, gold, basic, strong, aqua, kids), Pound Fitness (Generation Pound and Pound), Balletone, Heartmath Add-Heart Facilitator, Active Aging, Restorative Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Chair Yoga.
Lexi is kind, positive and very talented at what she does. She choreographs amazing routines with terrific music. She includes everyone and meets their individual needs. I always have a fabulous workout…but I also enjoy the chats (and laughs) we share after class! She has a true gift and I am very lucky to have found her!
Lexi's Pound and Zumba classes are fun and easy to do! It certainly helps me add some energy to my day. I also love having her (and the group) keep me accountable to staying active. I'm always looking forward to her classes.
VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON

You have your choice of Pound Fitness, Zumba, Weights/Bands Workout or Restorative & Chair Yoga class.
You are welcome to join us virtually from the comfort of your own home.
I also offer in-person group fitness classes. Get your friends together for some fitness fun.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SESSION
If you prefer to work one-on-one, we can meet and do any form of exercise you like. You can choose from one of the classes I offer or we can go out and try something new. This is tailored specifically to you.
Would you like a specific plan and steps to follow? Let's get together to talk about your goals and needs to determine the best course of action. We will then work one-on-one to achieve your goals.
Coaching sessions can also be tailored to mindset, motivation, lifestyle and habits.
